We were the first school in Pakistan to start the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) program in Pakistan. Each child in our school has access to their very own laptop that they can take home as well. OLPC Volunteers visit the school from time to time to train staff and students and work with them on improving the education experience.

We are working with Len Tyler School of Music to conduct free training workshops for teachers from different schools in Pakistan. Schools that are collaborating with us on this project are Development in Literacy (DIL), SOS, Korangi Academy.
Music Education is exercise for the brain allowing children to develop powerful memory systems, raising their general cognitive capacity and become very comfortable with learning.
Music and language processing are very closely connected, we are all born musical, we have to be - to understand language. Studies have also shown that children who have undertaken music education before the age of 7 have higher IQ then children who were not given this opportunity. Literacy and numeracy are both strengthened by music education.
